Protocol

Low Dose: Dilute one 10mg vial with 2ml bacteriostatic water (5mg/ml). Inject 0.3ml (1.5mg) Intramuscularly (IM) twice per week. One 10mg vial will last 3 weeks, two 10mg vials recommended to allow for 6 weeks of treatment.

Recommended Dose: Dilute one 10mg vial with 1ml bacteriostatic water (10mg/ml). Inject 0.3ml (3mg) Intramuscularly (IM) twice per week. Four 10mg vials required to do the recommended 6wk supply.

Max Dose: Dilute one 10mg vial with 1ml bacteriostatic water (10mg/ml). Inject 0.8ml (8mg) intramuscularly (IM) twice per week. Four 10mg vial required for 5 weeks of treatment.

Duration: 6-12 weeks (5wk if max dose); Take at least 2 week break between cycles. Repeat up to 4 times per year.
